Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and sit
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and excellent written communication
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and operate a switchboard or telephone system
