Family Smart is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on supporting families and caregivers who care for children and youth with mental health challenges. Through its peer-led approach, FamilySmart provides education, resources, and direct support, offering guidance and understanding from lived experience. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check

- The candidates should be able to demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, communicate excellently in oral and written form
- The candidates should be able to show interpersonal awareness, make sound judgments, uphold strong values and ethics
- The candidates should be able to focus on the client’s needs, show flexibility in various situations, take initiative when needed
- The candidates should be able to work effectively as a team player, stay organized
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
