Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have welding experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift and maneuver 50 pounds repeatedly and the ability to work at heights and within confined spaces
- The candidates should be familiar with the use of jigs and fixtures and work in a fast-paced environment while standing for long periods of time
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities
- The candidates should have the ability to read, understand, and follow blueprints and welding symbols
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate motivation and the ability and interest to gain CWB certification in SAW, as well as SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW, in the flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to report directly to the Production Manager, ensuring alignment with operational goals and providing regular updates on assigned tasks and projects
