- The candidates should be able to lead and supervise Team Members during night shifts to ensure store plans and tasks are completed effectively
- The candidates should be able to provide Royal Service by responding to Team Member and customer inquiries, utilizing category-specific product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience
- The candidates should be able to support on-the-job training and development for Team Members, helping them build their skills and knowledge
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and respectful work environment, ensuring adherence to workplace safety standards and promoting a positive culture
- The candidates should be able to manage loss prevention processes, ensuring the security and accuracy of store operations
- The candidates should be able to merchandise products efficiently, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and organized
- The candidates should be able to keep the warehouse tidy, ensuring that products are stored safely and that inventory is allocated correctly
- The candidates should be able to work from 6pm to 2:30am, managing responsibilities and completing tasks within the designated time frame
