- The candidates should be able to assist in providing direction and coordinating the Overnight Stocking team based on priorities communicated by the Overnight Assistant Manager and the Daytime Management Team
- The candidates should be able to assess the overall presentation of merchandise and store appearance, identify deficiencies for corrective action, and execute merchandising display changes and ensure defective merchandise is moved to the claims room
- The candidates should be able to take general responsibility for store safety and security during the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, including managing accidents that occur during the overnight shift
- The candidates should be able to inspect assigned areas within the store to ensure adequate security and compliance with physical facility standards
- The candidates should be able to participate in the training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results
