Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting Software, Quick Books, Data Analysis Software, Electronic Mail, Spreadsheet, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet, and MS Windows
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks

- The candidates should be able to prepare general ledger, and prepare journal entry
- The candidates should be able to manage accounts receivable, and manage accounts payable
- The candidates should be able to prepare trial balance, and open and close books for auditors
- The candidates should be able to prepare bank reconciliations, and prepare payroll
- The candidates should be able to invoice clients, and collect payments from debtors
- The candidates should be able to assess fixed assets and depreciation, and perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
- The candidates should be able to prepare income tax, and perform foreign currency exchange
- The candidates should be able to store, update and retrieve financial data, and perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, and prepare financial statements and reports
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports
