Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and direct and control daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, establish and implement policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, answer telephone and electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel and related itineraries, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
