Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of High school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be highly organized, motivated self-starters who can work with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- The candidates should have good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review workers’ daily work cards and timesheet entries in Thrive, collaborate with the payroll department at the end of each pay period to finalize timesheet entries and correct any discrepancies
- The candidates should be able to prepare weekly schedules to ensure proper workforce planning, reserve necessary bunkhouse rooms on a weekly basis
- The candidates should be able to utilize SAP daily to manage material orders, reservations, invoice payments, and perform other assigned tasks
- The candidates should be able to prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports for management, enter data related to safety discussions and reviews, including Safety Huddles, for all crews
- The candidates should be able to ensure the proper maintenance and availability of coveralls for the mining department, assign, track, and manage all employee and contractor lockers on-site
- The candidates should be able to facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new employees during their initial days on-site, oversee and coordinate the arrival and integration of new contractors involved in underground operations
- The candidates should be able to create and update files as needed to support operations, perform all other duties as assigned by leadership
- The candidates should be able to support and maintain positive employee relations across the department
