Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers, maintain a neat and organized checkout area
- The candidates should be able to greet all customers and display a warm demeanor, accurately scan or enter product data
- The candidates should be able to accurately account for cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum transactions, ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to customers’ receipt and return of goods
- The candidates should be able to merchandise and maintain designated areas facing, signing, labeling
- The candidates should be able to ensure loss prevention standards are followed, control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory
