Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be well organized with the ability to maintain accurate records, be detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- The candidates should be able to work independently and be self-motivated, work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- The candidates should be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and safely climb a ladder
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have demonstrate sound planning, judgment, and decision-making skills
- The candidates should be maintain efficiency, organization, and neatness in a retail environment
- The candidates should be able to cope with changing situations on the sales floor with flexibility and composure
- The candidates should have process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency, including handling cash responsibilities if applicable and some computer and cash register skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate expertise in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement, and expiry date management
- The candidates should be able to maintain store standards related to image and current merchandising trends
- The candidates should be able to ensure product displays are consumer-focused and easy to shop
- The candidates should be able to achieve daily sales targets consistently, present a clean and professional image in accordance with uniform policy and dress code
- The candidates should be able to take initiative to acknowledge and assist customers in the aisles
- The candidates should be able to apply knowledge of the cosmetics market to enhance customer experience
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate strong customer service skills in all interactions
