Meadow Lynn Farms specializes in producing strawberries, grain crops, vegetables, hay, and purebred Jersey cattle. They offer a pick-your-own strawberry experience, a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) veggie box program, and farm tours. The farm emphasizes sustainable agricultural practices, focusing on the health of the soil, ecosystem, and community. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence and Own transportation
Type of crops: Field berries and Strawberries
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and demonstrate manual dexterity
- The candidates should be physically demanding, have good hand-eye coordination, and be able to distinguish between colours
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, and manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to walk for extended periods, have experience in fruit and vegetable combination farming, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to exercise sound judgement, be reliable, be a team player, and be a quick learner
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to pick row and orchard crops
