Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse within an industrial setting
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with inventory and management software applications such as SAP
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, cross-cultural work experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to coordinate the receiving and distribution of all major materials for inventory purchases
- The candidate should be able to coordinate inventory count reconciliation and maintain adequate inventory levels for operations
- The candidate should be able to enter purchase order data in the ERP (SAP) system with strong attention to detail
- The candidate should be able to perform research on items in the ERP (SAP) system and assist in physical inventory counts and audits
- The candidate should be able to ensure all major materials are received in a timely manner
- The candidate should be able to enter data into the SAP system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, process service entries for the Supply Chain department
