Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service and positively engage with all customers
- The candidate should be able to maintain a neat and organized checkout area, greet all customers and display a warm demeanor
- The candidate should be able to accurately scan or enter product data, accurately account for cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum transactions
- The candidate should be able to ask for the customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction
- The candidate should be able to ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to customers’ receipts and returns of goods
- The candidate should be able to merchandise and maintain designated areas facing, signing and labeling
- The candidate should be able to ensure loss prevention standards are followed, control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory
