Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have cosmetic experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to act upon tasks and goals outlined by management, develop a yearly plan for personal development
- The candidates should be able to work in conjunction with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate independent thinking and decision making when dealing with issues related to customers’
- The candidates should have sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- The candidates should possess effective verbal and written communication skills, be customer service oriented and previous experience in leading a team
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to utilize corporate Sales Tracking Tools and Dashboard to set sales goals and meet targets
- The candidates should be able to sell to customers and coach/mentor staff in effective selling skills
- The candidates should be able to ensure sales are maximized through the development and application of effective sales techniques
- The candidates should be able to ensure staff achieve established productivity objectives, always put the customer first and provide superior customer service
- The candidates should be able to monitor and communicate Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) survey results and objectives with team members
- The candidates should be able to actively model the desired behavior using eClienteling to deliver superior customer service
- The candidates should be able to book appointments for events and manage the annual incremental event schedule
- The candidates should be able to promote products through marketing efforts and encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program
- The candidates should be able to ensure staff are trained to meet or exceed established beauty sales standards
