Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience working with Xplor Recreation
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- The candidate should have previous experience working in a customer service-related environment
- The candidate should have experience working with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- The candidate should provide a satisfactory criminal record check, with vulnerable sector screening, dated within the last 30 days, as a condition of employment (for new hires and those who have not performed in this position previously)
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle pass and membership sales, process program registrations
- The candidates should be able to assist with facility rentals, use both CLASS and POS systems
- The candidates should be able to provide information to customers and potential customers both over the phone and in person
