Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have experience in supervision, building maintenance, and construction
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should hold a valid Plumbing Trades Qualification, hold a valid Class B Gas Fitter Certification
- The candidate should possess a valid B.C. Driver’s License with a safe driving record, an RCMP Reliability Security Clearance
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate the activities of crews involved in plumbing trade work, including construction, maintenance, and building control of City facilities and buildings
- The candidates should be able to assist senior staff with planning and directing work, support crew members in installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems, perform other job duties
