Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be well-organized with the ability to keep accurate records, the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- The candidate should have the ability to work flexible shifts, which may include nights and weekends
- The candidate should have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, the ability to climb a ladder
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should demonstrate planning, judgement, and decision-making skills, possess efficiency, organization, and neatness
- The candidate should cope with changing situations on the sales floor, ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing the customer order when handling cash responsibilities, some computer and cash register skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to organize backroom products and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes
- The candidates should be able to use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate expertise in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement, and monitoring expiry dates
- The candidates should be able to maintain store standards related to image and trends in store
- The candidates should be able to ensure product displays are consumer-focused and “shoppable”, receive merchandise in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to maintain a neat and organized backroom, following the principles of backroom organization
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper documentation is completed for the receiving and return of goods
- The candidates should be able to support the Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining the quality and standards of the store
