Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of two years of practical experience in database management and technical data analysis
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should adapt easily to changing priorities and have excellent organizational skills, always focused on precision
- The candidate should have a natural curiosity and autonomy, with a motivation to constantly improve
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data, a perfect command of computer tools (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
- The candidate should be perfectly bilingual (French-English) to navigate the technical systems easily
- The candidate should ideally have aviation experience and knowledge of the RAAS computerized system
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to systematically update data related to daily flight inspections and component changes
- The candidates should be able to communicate effectively and respond to requests from different bases, departments, and technicians
- The candidates should be able to actively participate in the organization of aircraft technical reports
- The candidates should be able to conduct daily audits of technical records, work orders, and related data to ensure accuracy and identify any errors or omissions
- The candidates should be able to rigorously archive all documentation related to aircraft, engines, and components
