Own tools/equipment: Candidates should have cellular phone
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Supervision: 3-4 people, Retail salespersons and sales clerks
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.
- The candidate should be required to work under pressure, maintain tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.
- The candidate should be willing to work in a sitting, standing, walking position for extended periods of time.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate,reliabile, organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication skills.
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and be a good team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to assign sales workers to duties, and also supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- The candidate should be able to authorize payments by cheque, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters and also organize and maintain inventory
- The candidate should be able to order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise and also sell merchandise
- The candidate should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
