Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Computer numerical control (CNC) machines
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Vehicle and equipment experience: Dollies and hand trucks, Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
• The candidates should be able to work in noisy area
• The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to do manual dexterity

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be efficient, energetic, hardworking, outgoing, quick learner, dependable, and reliable
• The candidates should have positive attitude, time management, excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to build pallets, load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, ship orders, pick orders and stock
• The candidates should be able to operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products, weigh materials and goods, make labels and attach to goods, pack and unpack goods
• The candidates should be able to wrap goods, sort, crate and stack goods
• The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory
• The candidates should be able to operate computerized inventory control systems
