Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
- The candidates should be able to recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- The candidates should be able to hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, plan and manage budgets
- The candidates should be able to plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- The candidates should be able to prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- The candidates should be able to direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, develop and implement quality control programs
