Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in wet/damp conditions
• The candidates should be able to work in hot environments
• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work
• The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors and sounds
• The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, walk, and work overtime as required

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops

• The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
• The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
