Service Canada offers guidance and support for individuals seeking to apply for, understand, or make changes to their CPP and OAS benefits, ensuring financial security for seniors. Our office helps residents obtain or replace Social Insurance Numbers, a crucial identification tool for various government and employment-related transactions. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: Day, 08:30 to 16:30

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Database software, MS Outlook, MS Windows
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Credit check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be client focus, and flexible
• The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
