Shifts:Â Day, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting:Â Before and after school programs, Child care centre
Target audience: Infant (3 months – 11 months)
Supervision:Â 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Credentials:Â Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE), Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate
Security and safety:Â Vulnerable sector check, Immunization records, Criminal record check
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be punctual, dependable, flexible, and reliable
- The candidates should have values and ethics, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours
