Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure, demonstrating resilience in challenging situations
- The candidates should have experience in performing repetitive tasks efficiently, showcasing a strong attention to detail for accuracy and precision in their work

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people, provide basic information, and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to obtain and process information for service provision, order office supplies, and record and relay information
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties like filing and sorting mail, and answer the telephone while relaying calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to arrange teleconferences, calculate billing charges, and relay services to persons with disabilities
