Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, Flexible Hours, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s license

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years 
Equipment and machinery experience: Combine harvester, fertilizer applicator, haying equipment, sprayer or duster, swather, and tractor

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks
• The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods without difficulty
• The candidates should be adept at walking for extended durations
• The candidates should be able to lift and carry weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be flexible in adapting to changing work requirements
• The candidates should be a team player, fostering collaboration and cooperation within the team
• The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills
• The candidates should be punctual, consistently meeting designated deadlines and work schedules

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
• The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
• The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market
