Work setting: Residential renovation and Various locations
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years 

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be tolerant of dusty environments, taking necessary precautions for safety
• The candidates should be able to work in noisy conditions, maintaining focus and efficiency despite external distractions

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to plan and prepare work schedules
• The candidates should be able to inspect subcontractors’ work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
• The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing, advertising, and sales strategies
• The candidates should be able to plan and manage budgets
• The candidates should be able to perform trade work during home construction, renovation, or restoration
• The candidates should be able to train staff
• The candidates should be able to prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
• The candidates should be able to work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications
• The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
• The candidates should be able to ensure that construction permits are obtained
• The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
