Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Vegetable harvester

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing repetitive tasks and working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and possess strong hand-eye coordination to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
• The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors accurately, as required by the job, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of their work, and be capable of standing for extended periods and comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
• The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) safely and effectively

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate good judgment in decision-making and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
• The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with others
