Transportation information: Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly, and Public transportation is available
Work setting: Apartment/condominium complex, Cleaning service company, and Various locations

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should adhere to a non-smoking
  • The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities, and be proficient in handling repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
  • The candidates should be capable of safely handling heavy loads as necessary for the job and be prepared for physically demanding tasks as part of the job requirements
  • The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of their work, be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as required by the job, and be able to adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as necessary for the job duties, be capable of walking as needed for the job, and be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary for their duties

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • The candidates should be able to make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items, and pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • The candidates should be able to launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • The candidates should be able to clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
