Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment, ensuring timely and efficient movement, and clean machines and immediate work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products according to specified requirements and monitor safety conditions in the workplace, identifying and addressing hazards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers as needed to support production processes and perform other laboring and elemental activities as assigned, such as loading and unloading trucks or assisting in inventory management
