Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Contracts, Invoices, and Project management
Area of work experience: Purchasing, procurement and contracts
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Social Media, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, handle a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to manage tight deadlines, pay attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle a large workload and work with minimal supervision

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information, advise senior management, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, perform data entry, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks
