Growers Supply Company Limited based in Kelowna, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant. Growers Supply Company Limited can be termed as a long established supplier of agricultural and irrigation products. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates need 1+ years of administrative experience

  • The candidate should have a positive and outgoing attitude
  • The candidate should have good written, verbal, and computer skills
  • The candidate should be a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidate should possess business writing skills and basic accounting knowledge
  • The candidate should have the ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks within a reasonable time frame


  • The candidate should be able to perform general reception and various office administrative duties
  • The candidate should be able to sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • The candidate should be able to handle incoming/outgoing courier services
  • The candidate should be able to answer general internal account inquiries
  • The candidate should be able to assist in preparing bank deposits
  • The candidate should be able to assist in preparing month end customer statements
  • The candidate should be able to assist in processing monthly account payments
  • The candidate should be able to sort and file customer account information
  • The candidate should be able to follow-up on customer credit applications
  • The candidate should be able to perform other support for Accounts Receivable as needed
