Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams, Facility management, Accounting, and Payroll services
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and record and prepare minutes of these events
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization’s goals and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team and oversee the development of communication strategies
  • The candidates should be able to evaluate daily operations and plan and organize daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
