Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Statistics, Financial statements, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Word, Accounting software, MS Office
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, compile data, statistics, and other information, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
