Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Excel, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, MS Access, MS Office

Responsibilities:

- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
