Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Office
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure, as well as be capable of meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should possess strong attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and exhibit excellent oral communication skills, as well as possess excellent written communication abilities
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks, be organized in their work, and be effective team players
- The candidates should be accurate in their duties, prioritize client satisfaction, and be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and supervise other workers while also training them
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic inquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, arrange travel and related itineraries, and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
