Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Invoices, Business Process Management And Accounting
Area of work experience: Purchasing, procurement and contracts
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals, evaluate daily operations and review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
- The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, establish and implement policies and procedures and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments and manage contracts
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries and oversee the development of communication strategies
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information, oversee the preparation of reports and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, oversee payroll administration and arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service and recruit and hire staff
- The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff, assign, coordinate and review projects and programs and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operation
