Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Google Docs, MS Office, MS Word, MS Windows, and MS Outlook
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train other workers and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, and coordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and provide customer service
