Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Social Media
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be willing to handle repetitive tasks while possessing a high level of attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively and exhibit excellent written communication skills
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction, possess excellent oral communication skills, and demonstrate effective time management skills
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities, be reliable in completing assigned tasks, and be team players fostering collaboration within the organization
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., as well as schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, and greet people while directing them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and coordinate the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, plan and control the budget and expenditures, and manage contracts
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, provide customer service, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
