Shifts: Day, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Willing to relocate

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, reports and records, statistics, invoices, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, social media, desktop publishing software, MS Office
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure, and have attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility
  • The candidates should be organized, a team player, and accurate
  • The candidates should demonstrate client focus and reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
