Salary: $29.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, and willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure, have attention to detail, and perform repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, be a team player, and exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and supervise office and volunteer staff
