Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams, Facility management, Accounting, and Payroll services
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, and Electronic mail

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, adept at meeting tight deadlines, and possess attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to handle a large workload and work with minimal supervision

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization’s goals
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, evaluate daily operations, and open and distribute mail and other materials
  • The candidates should be able to plan and organize daily operations, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, oversee development of communication strategies, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports, respond to employee questions and complaints, and order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, conduct research, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, maintain and manage digital database, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and supervise office and volunteer staff
