Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage a large workload, and work with minimal supervision
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure, be attentive to detail, and be comfortable with repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively, be flexible in adapting to various situations, and demonstrate good judgment
  • The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized in their work processes, and be accurate in their work

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., plan and control budgets and expenditures, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, train other workers, and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, schedule and confirm appointments, and oversee payroll administration
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • The candidates should be able to organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, oversee the preparation of reports, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service, and recruit and hire workers, carrying out related staffing actions
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
