Salary: $29.50 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, pay attention to detail, handle repetitive tasks, and work overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively as a team player, maintain a strong client focus, and demonstrate good time management skills
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
