Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, and Invoices
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows, MS Office, and Electronic mail

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, perform data entry, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
