Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • The candidates should be able to send and receive messages, compile data, statistics, and other information, and provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, file material in the storage area, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, label, file, and retrieve documents, and locate and remove files requested
