Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload efficiently

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, and coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
