Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software and Spreadsheet
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should direct, control, evaluate, plan, and organize daily operations
- The candidates should manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements
- The candidates should study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- The candidates should determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- The candidates should develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses
- The candidates should resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and conduct performance reviews
- The candidates should recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and supervise office and volunteer staff
