Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews and organize and maintain inventory efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, set staff work schedules, and monitor staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and recruit, train, and supervise staff
