Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of Retail Management experience in lieu of the formal education

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • The candidates should have the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees
  • The candidates should demonstrate strength in maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
  • The candidates should have the ability to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs
  • The candidates should be competent in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills and possess proficient computer knowledge, with a preference for Microsoft products (Word and Excel)
  • The candidates should have GED and a valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during the course of employment

  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate a focus and dedication to their own success, with the support of proper training to provide excellent customer service to customers every time they visit
